Embark on a transformative 12-week journey with the 'Healthy Body The Healthy Way' Program. This program is designed for those who are done with sabotaging patterns recurring over-and-over, are ready to ditch yo-yo dieting for good and end restriction, deprivation, guilt and frustration forever. This program is tailored to you, acknowledging individual differences and meeting you where you are on your journey. This program goes far beyond ‘just what you eat’. It’s a unique and comprehensive way of addressing the physical, psychological, emotional & spiritual components that make our relationship with food what it is. My approach is founded on a blend of modalities thereby allowing a gentle but deep exploration of the root causes of eating challenges, weight and health concerns and all self-sabotaging patterns. By looking through this lens, we transform our relationship with food from a struggle to an empowering, joyous relationship ……forever. The unique approach of this program integrates coaching, psychology, nutrition, and body-centered practices, addressing not just what you eat but also the underlying patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of eating. We work both on the external and internal levels addressing the deeper root cause of eating and body concerns. Through personalized coaching sessions and ongoing support, I guide you in breaking free from sabotaging patterns and create a sustainable, healthy relationship with your food and your body. The 'Healthy Body The Healthy Way' Program is delivered with the perspective that eating challenges are opportunities for personal growth through our unique relationship with food. We explore how thoughts and emotions greatly impact our nutritional health, weight and body image. 'Healthy Body The Healthy Way' Program structure: - weekly private 90 minute coaching sessions over 12 weeks - weekly 15 minute check-ins - ongoing support in between sessions - monthly 30 minute coaching check-in over 3 months following the completion of the program to support you in embodying your new habits and solidifying your new relationship with food and your body
