Service Description

Want Your Mojo Back or said my way your Groove or your Zhoush. This program is designed for ladies who are done with the same sabotaging patterns recurring over-and-over, are ready to ditch yo-yo dieting for good and end restriction and battling with their body. The 12 Week Healthy Body the Healthy Way Program is delivered with the aim to improve, change and shift behaviours and habits that enhance health, move the needle towards natural weight in a sustainable way that fits in with your life. And you definitely walk away loving your body - this is non-negotiable. The Program includes a 1.5 hour weekly coaching session for 12 weeks , a weekly 15 minute check-in and regular support through the entire 12 weeks. It has been designed in a way that helps you examine your current foundational beliefs and behaviours around food, eating, body, mindset and emotional health. We look at your relationship and story around these areas, and most importantly, your relationship with self. The goal of the program is to bring the change and transformation in these areas where you're in the drivers seat whilst being supported every step of the way. The approach is unique to you and meets you where you are currently at - its not a one-size-fits-all approach. We look at the key elements to permanent, sustainable change so that the foundation is built in a way that promotes positive change that is aligned with you, for you.
