12 Private Sessions
 

  • 12 x 1.5 hour sessions each week, either online or in-person with  relevant topics covered to support you in transforming your relationship with your health.   The sessions also allow for and are tailored to your very own specific needs and goals.

Documentation

  • Each session is documented with the key notes from that week's session.  The tools and strategies offered are supplied in PDF format via email after each session.

  • A complete tool box of processes and strategies discussed over the 12 weeks is given to you to refer back to at the end of the course.

Support

 
  • Regular SMS check-ins and email support throughout the 12 week program

  • 1 x 30 minute follow-up session once a month for 3 months after the completion of the 12 week program

I am Tracey Xuereb!

I help clients release the fear that often surrounds weight and dieting battles, self-sabotaging patterns and guide them towards achieving their goals in life, so that they can live joyfully and empowered.

With over 30 years of experience working as a Personal Trainer and Holistic
Health and Life Coach I have personally witnessed many beautiful transformations.  


During this time I have witnessed many transformations with my clients.   One client, dropped 3 sizes in pants, went from waking up 8-10 times a night to sleeping through the night consistently and now eats in a sustainably healthier way and loves it!   I think the biggest and most universal change I have witnessed over the years is all my clients saying goodbye to the dieting mindset for good.   This in turn has brought a whole new way of 'being' and 'feeling' fantastic in their bodies.
