12 Private Sessions

12 x 1.5 hour sessions each week, either online or in-person with relevant topics covered to support you in transforming your relationship with your health. The sessions also allow for and are tailored to your very own specific needs and goals.
Documentation

Each session is documented with the key notes from that week's session. The tools and strategies offered are supplied in PDF format via email after each session.

A complete tool box of processes and strategies discussed over the 12 weeks is given to you to refer back to at the end of the course.
